During my recent stay at Grand Suites, I was actually surprised by the really good service I received. Upon arrival, there was a mix-up with my room reservation, but the receptionist quickly resolved the issue and upgraded me to a spacious suite at no additional cost. This gesture made me feel valued as a guest.
The breakfast, although simple, was fresh and provided a tasty start to the day. Plus, there were options like bread, beans, boiled eggs, cheese, olives.

Convenient location, steps from Rawsha Rock. Upgraded to a suite with a fantastic sea view. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for all travelers.

This hotel is a great value for the money. It's located close to a shopping street and the sea, making it an excellent location to explore. The staff is very attentive to details, and the basic amenities in the rooms, including air conditioning, are great. On top of it all, the breakfast is tasty.
Everything was ok, but the Wi-Fi could be stronger.

The reception staff was very helpful and pleasant. Great location near the sea and picturesque rocks. Easy to find and close to shopping street. Beautiful suite with a big and comfortable layout, and an amazing rooftop balcony. Free underground parking was a plus.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beautiful Rochae Rock. The sea view from my room was amazing, and it was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, exceeding all my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to all kinds of travelers, and I will definitely choose to stay here again whenever I visit this city.
